Zara Brooks

Zara started playing the trumpet at the age of 9, moving to the trombone at age 12. She played with school bands, Lichfield City wind band and National Power Brass Band. At 16 she was solo trombone for Staffordshire Youth Brass Band. As a member of various orchestras, bands and choirs, Zara has been fortunate enough to partake in tours in France and Germany, as well as playing some amazing gigs in prestigious places such as the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall and Notre Dame. The weirdest gigs she has performed in have been for a Christmas Party for the TV programme, The Bill, and the opening party of the Museum of Everything with guests including Jarvis Cocker, Harry Hill and others.
